1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Devpply (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of Platform

Devpply is an AI-powered resume builder and ATS optimization application designed for developers and technical professionals. Services include interactive resume editing, AI bullet point refactoring, ATS keyword match analysis, and PDF export functionality.

3. Accounts & Registration

When creating an account with Devpply, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Credit System, AI Polishing & Payment Terms

Devpply operates on a transparent, one-time credit and wallet system with zero recurring subscriptions:

• Free Welcome Credits: Every newly registered account receives 10 Free Download Credits and 20 Free AI Credits upon signup.
• Download Credits: Customizing templates, editing fields, and previewing resumes are completely free. 1 Full Vector A4 PDF Download = 10 Download Credits.
• AI Optimization Credits:
  • Full Resume ATS Polish: 10 AI Credits per deep optimization (enforcing Google X-Y-Z formula, active engineering verbs, and quantified scale metrics).
  • 1-Click Bullet Point Polish: 2 AI Credits per individual bullet point rewrite.
• Profile Storage Slots: Accounts include 1 base candidate profile slot. Purchasing any top-up package permanently unlocks additional profile storage slots (+1 slot in Starter, +3 slots in Job Seeker, +5 slots in Career Boost) to manage resumes for different roles or colleagues.
• Zero Recurring Subscriptions: All credit packages (Starter ₹49, Job Seeker ₹99, Career Boost ₹199) are strictly one-time payments. Devpply will never auto-bill or store payment methods for auto-renewal.
• No Expiration: All purchased download credits, AI credits, and profile storage slots never expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through our licensed gateway partner, Razorpay, supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your personal career data and resume content. Devpply and Mozen retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform’s software, templates, design systems, algorithms, and brand assets.

6. Acceptable Use Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the platform’s code or security mechanisms.
• Automate excessive scraping or bot requests that interfere with server operations.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute Devpply software or credit balances without authorization.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While Devpply provides state-of-the-art ATS optimization algorithms and industry-tested formatting, we do not guarantee specific employment offers, hiring decisions, or interview invitations. Final hiring outcomes depend entirely on individual employer qualifications.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
